1 AIA LU with HSW

The purpose of this course is to train design professionals in
safety-related design and installation methods for automated
vehicular gates to ensure their design follows current industry
safety standards and international building codes. These safety
standards include the UL 325 Standards and the ASTM F2200
Standard Specifications. We’ll discuss design ideas for
automated gates and ways to eliminate potential pedestrian
entrapment areas to meet the current safety standards.
