Continued attention to open flame usage during roof construction, this presentation provides insight into several alternative flameless application methods for premium roofing systems.  You will learn the basic chemistry and formulation for SBS-modified bitumen, PMMA and STP that lead to long-term performance.  We’ll discuss the positives, challenges and varied approaches to cold adhesive, self-adhesive and liquid applied solutions to lessen or eliminate rooftop flame utilization.
